@PacGuy765 There are always going to be haters. More than likely it's an x-box or PS3 fan boy hating on sega. They buy into the propaganda & believe that they have to hate one system or another because of brand loyalty instead of just enjoying a damn game for what it is instead of who made it. I think you'll find that most of these guy have trouble getting a girlfriend or even establishing long term meaningful relationships. Just so long as they have their X box or PS3 to cuddle up to at night.

Any plug in card (not onboard) will work nicely if you have a dual core CPU or above.

I'm using an Intel Pentium 4 CPU running at 3.00GHz with 1.00 GB of RAM, which I've been told should be powerful enough for M2 emulator, but despite this though all my games run with horrible slowdown and choppy framerates. I've got a GeForce FX 5200 which has been suggested by someone else as the weak link, as apparently it's only just about able to handle pixel shader 2. Any advice on your part would be very greatly appreciated, dude.

Pentium 4 will run some games decent like Daytona, Sega Rally perhaps, but a dual core is recommended

You were right, but what I heard from you was that you need enough memory as well if you want full speed on your emulator. What happened on my computer was the opposite. I tried it and it was slow as 25-31 fps (when the interferences occured). But it stll ran at 60fps, anyways, when it was perfectly normal.

Great drive by you! Even being taken for a ride by taking a hard crash, you still manage to do some squeeze play at the end to eventually win. Cars seem to be even more bouncy in Sega arcade racers after a crash. Anyhow, great drive and a lovely video.

I would like to use this emulator to play something different than Daytona and Sega Rally, but so far those are the only games I can play. I have the roms for other games, but I always get "File not found" errors. When I look for the files inside the zip archives, the files are there, but the CRC is different than what the emulator expects. How do I solve the problem?

The controls are digital, so I have no idea why it would be acting like its an analog controls if you are using a fresh copy of the emu. Not sure if there any more I can do. Perhaps if you joined the forum and posted some pics/videos someone could offer more assistance.

Please try deleting the daytona.input file in your CFG folder and restart the emu without configuring controls and use UP to accelerate and see if any improvement.

Hmmm, so the car accelerates slower than expected as well I assume? Are you using a keyboard or controller. I guess a controller and for some reason the analog controls are not calibrating correctly.

You will find all the controls in the "Configure controls" menu item at the top of the emulator. ASDF are the gears, 1 is start, 5 is coin :)
