Well it did when I first got it about 7 years ago, but the sounds are outdated, and compared to the analog solutions available these days, the thing sounds horrid. You have to filter it halfway between the stars of it to get something nice.
These days I use ableton for livesets, so there's no necessity anymore to use the MC-307, as al the sounds i'd ever wanted are already there.
Never the less, as a dj-tool, yes, it is well designed, cause of the pitchfader, it really easy to beatmatch!
Me too. With my PMC 37, I can't get wet only to be heard when using an effect send. For Ex. when sending a scratch to an effect that does a pitch shift, I can still hear the original sound with the pitch shifted sound. Sucks when you have 3 efx processors and can't get true isolation from each one. Pioneer EFX-1000 on the main out, and Korg Kaoss KP3 and Roland SP-808 on efx 1 and efx 2 send.
Good vid. Got any others that demonstrate the features of the Vestax PMC 37? I've been wanting to get one for a while but it seems that they have been discontinued. That's a shame. That mixer seems like a gem.
thnx mate, the pmc-37pro is indeed really something else, used a lot of mixers over the years, but this one really stood out. I'm planning to make some more clips, but only after I have written the review (in dutch, sorry ;) ) Prolly about 2 to 3 weeks.

Roland says the 307 was designed with features made specifically for DJs.
So I was wondering do those features help you at all as a DJ? Does the 307 fit in well in your Live DJ gigs?
