@IYI00Ch foot fits between both. The use of heel is optional. You can either change gears with toes or heel. Sometimes I only use toes and sometimes use both.
@boydebenfield I'm sure you do!:) but I had some hard times with police already in the place I live and now I look for something that would get them off my ass...
@karkru I closed the valve last week. It does lower the sound as close to stock as you can get. I'm sure you will not have any problem with police with closed valves.
