NFL players would struggle with the speed of rugby union or league. NFL has continual breaks and the game drawn out over what 4 hours?? Union and league go flat out for 2 40 minute halves. The only argument would be that the helmets in hockey and football allow for less tentativeness in delivering hits, but that depends on the person.
