  • I think this video is very misleading! Not only do you leave out important info such as only using wood or plastic utensils - it shows the guy going wild with a metal whisk! Anything metal will scratch the tin or nickel lining - exposing the copper beneath. Since copper reacts with acids, if you cook anything acidic (tomatoes, etc) copper will get in your food, which is toxic : (
