After the Goldstone report was completed, they made statements indicating that victims must not only be listened to, but that it would be very cruel to not give credence to their voices.
They did not mention that the voices of the Gaza witnesses were monitored and controlled by Hamas, the terrorist group elected to be their Parliamentarians in Gaza, taking in consideration that much of it was demonstrably false, either they support Hamas or they get kill.

Would you like gory details of dead kiddies? Not one family in Gaza is intact, all have lost someone, a daughter a mother you name it. They rebuild their houses frequently from bombing, get food and water in through tunnels when Israel stops the aid getting in. Its been like this for generations, could you live like that?

The key fact this report leaves out is that US support for Israel is largely motivated by American businesses who want to see the Middle East under control (such as the oil companies who don't want Arabism spreading to Saudi and UAE).
