very good.but u cannot deflect a katana strike with ur hand.unless u want to lose ur hand.this is slow motion because it is a demonstration but if someone who knows how to use a katana attacks u in real life,real speed,real accuracy u wont be able to do this i think.

when you learn this stuff ,you do a lot of ramdom drills and games that teach you think from your body without words
