  • los amooooooo

  • 0:23 wtf a guy is getting raped or what ahaha 'Help help help help helpppp'

  • haha thats fucked up

  • HAHAHA that's soooo jokes!

  • @FrxBass hahaha yes! sooo funny

  • life's no bummer when ur getting a hummer

  • Couldnt agree with you more

  • No pumpkins without james. Sorry

  • i totally agree. love james to death. what a cool dude, seriously.

  • Life's a bummer... when you're a hummer!!! ;-)

  • this is why the pumpkins were the best band in the world

  • WERE yeah thats the key word but yeah they still my all-time best even if zeitgeist and american gothic is total crap

  • zeitgeist in some respects was more technical than early pumpkins. i don't really like it though. American Gothic was good though.

  • You actually just used the word aggressivity. That's amazingish! Ps - No E-Bow on this version - this must have been one of the first times they played it live.

  • I am really just happy that I have a chance to see them now, i would rather have seen them in the mid to early 90s and they were better then. But im not complaining because I never thought I would get a chance to see a show and I thought they rocked the place!

  • No one can replace d'arcy or james, even if she was a crack head, and he was a robot, you must admit you love them... The "smashing pumpkins" we have now are good, but it will never be the same. Long live the grungy 90s, and all of the originals!

  • Agreed!

  • i d rather say she was a cracker and i love her

despite that i totally agree with ya

  • @leilabennight33 I think the difference between then and now is that band members had a lot more influence than in recent years. However, right now all the band members are writing their own parts to songs which could be a return to form if the songs aren't ruined in production.

  • @leilabennight33 "Long live the grungy 90s" that pretty much sums it up.

  • in response to this "topic."

Billy's voice is different now, face it: he's older, so it's a bit weaker...less pretty than it used to be. it happens to everyone. i think james and d'arcy added a lot as far as presence goes. and Billy doesn't seem to have the same passion on stage that he used to. he looks bored. i don't see how anyone can think things are "better than ever," personally.

and Penz0r - this is just my opinion. just cuz i don't like 'em now doesn't make it bullshit.

  • hah...now ON topic, this video rules!

  • Bullsh*t part 2. His voice sounds better than ever. And they're better than ever live, what the hell are you talking about?

  • That's just bullsh*t. Billy has written 99.9% of their songs on his own basically, and he's defenitely the main contributor of their sound, followed by Jimmy. D'Arcy was by far the easiest member so exchange and I can't say I miss her one bit. Iha on the other hand I do miss, but to be honest Jeff is a muuuuch better guitarist. Lack of agressivity? Hell no. Sounds better than ever.

  • iha hid behind his effects. technically, he wasn't pro. they wanted to add a 3rd guitarist for the mellon collie tour, but iha was insecure. d'arcy was cool, but cocaine is a hell of a drug. billy and jimmy were the meat and bones of the SMASHING PUMPKINS

  • better say before siamese dream... but then they became a money making machine.

It puts things into a different perspective.

WEll, personally, i love them all, but after machina i became little bit detached.

  • James is hot.

  • Sounds equally amazing 2007 to be honest, simply awesome.

  • Yeah...I agree. The old Pumpkins cannot be topped.

  • <3 band banter <3

  • great :_D

  • Richie Sambora lol
