I was just trying to figure this one out and bingo there you are doing a great job at it. You know it's great music when it crosses generations. I'm 56 and was turned on to Wilco and company a couple of years ago by my 24 year old daughter Trish (check out her myspace site (trish robb). I still shake my head at how great they are. Thanks for all your vids and the tabs.
I figured this out by watching vids of Jeff play it. Since there are no tabs for it out there I'll write a bit of one here.
Tuning: DGdGBD
The variations at the start are done on the chord xx0030 and involve hammering on the G string at 2 and 4, 2 on the d string and 2 on the low G string.
Ps. I couldn't find a decent enough video to be able to figure out the end part but if I do I'll re-post this with it included and I'll also add the tab for it. :-)

I like your singing nice job! I find it impossible to sing and play the guitar at the same time.

Thanks Ingrownrecords! Yeah it is in Open G, which is DGDGBD. You can ignore all the x's on what was the A string if you tune it like that.

Ok, this is a revised tab.
Verse chords are: x00430, x02010, x00030, x02010, x2023x, x00030.
Chorus: x02010 slide --> x04030.
Good luck, and I hope you enjoy :-)
