The user guild will tell you that there is an F key that saves the state, and one to load it.

ok i have it, all set up and everything, it works.

But how do i use the second mouse? i went to the userawinput=0 and changed it to 1

but it doesn't let me save it because the administrator permission, and this is my personal computer. any help? and ive looked at the user guide, not much help. =/

Hi, the rawinputs is a very low level instruction that has not been heavily tested. If you can't save the .ini file then you must be using Vista (which I hate) and must be a local admin to do these things, (own the PC) hehe.

just start the game and plug in a second mouse?

Well set the userawinput to 1 that will enable the dual mouse, plug in 2nd mouse and see if they both move.

Yeah i changed it to 1, and i plugged in the second mouse, but both mice control player 1.

Try upping the raw input entries as outlined in the user guide under the config section, all the help is there in some detail, but keep in mind it wasnt really tested so we dont know if will work in all setups sorry.

You have 2 mice?  Please refer to the user guide in the channel description, it has some tips on how to get it working.

the user guide gives text to use to enable link mode in racing games and 2 mice in shooters but when i create new ones from emulator.ini it changes them into word documents

Try copying emulator.ini and pasting in same directory. Then rename the new one to m2network.ini, open it up and remove everything inside, and then insert what is stated in the doco :)

i got the link mode to work on daytona, but as for light gun multiplayer, here's what i did:

I made a file called "UseRawInput=1.ini" and it says:

[Input]

UseRawInput=1

is this right lucisac?

OK, sorry maybe I was not clear. In the new version of the emu came a new emulator.ini file. Under the input section there should already be a listing "UseRawInput" but it is equal to 0, change it to one. No need for another .ini file etc. Goodluck

no, just edit the existing emulator.ini file and change that setting from 0 to 1

One of my all-time favorite games. I have this strange addiction where if I find a machine I absolutely have to play it to get the top score.

I think my highest was 76,??? or 78,??? something. Anyway, my computer went toast on Christmas day and I got a new one, so I'm hoping to test how model2 games work on my machine once I get back from vacation. I'm surprised this was probably the only M2 emulated game that worked properly on my old machine.
