Definitely not the same as AoE3. Gameplay is much different. I liked this game a lot, although it could be quite buggy. My favorite of the series though was the Settlers 2 Gold. Settlers 2 10th was almost as good - Much better graphics than the original but still wasn't quite the same.

FRAKING...that's from battle star gallactica dude... like GAK i know? but i kinda closed minded on games such as fall out 3 and stalker because only one thing, You still follow a stricted body line and you have to go to a certain place to finish objective...like a very scary dark room which in my life wouldn't never even whisper near it in wasted chernobyl. Im an open minded person (atleast i know i am) i like playing settler also, but to be really, it's time for the Settler developer to look at why people bother playing settler? for me, i like building and looking at these lil AI do they routine thing and the lunch time in settler used to by enjoyable to watch, now it's 2 bore

to summarize my idea. Settler is a strong and brand respected games create since 1990 along with other such as C&C Warcraft and starcraft. but now, settler is like...down man. that's all im suggesting, they should not use cartoon anymore, they should change, or atleast i hope they would make a major change in settler 7 as gen-x and CPU are more upgrade and mostly support directx10 or hardcore graphic. Cuz it's ain't just the male gamers settler it's a favorite for female gamers also, so think.
