Tui Sau to me is where we learn to stick and adhere and we learn to utilise are listening energy through tui sau we can also learn are apponents inttentions its like teacher once said to defeat your opponent you must first become one

so once you become proficient in Tui Sau you can then under stand the internal requirements that are needed in combat its then you can start incorporating Fajing.We do alot of drilling as incorporating the six Harmonies ie the outer three and the inner three it is through these that the body can learn to move as one and discharge force at the same time. Pakmei is the same.
