  • LOL. You are pretty funny....and ANNOYING!

  • Your a fucking dumb fuck

  • u are mad.

6 times of 15-30 minute of sleep is better.

    compare 1h 30min with ur 4h 50 min.

and 6 times 15 minute is more refresh.

i guess u are missing sleep.

    no wonder u are mad.

    go and get some sleep

  • your annoying but im gonna try it

  • I don't sleep more then 4 hours of sleep a day, roughly twice a day. But if doing whatever you are, I think I may pass, because your sound like your on some kind of happy pill bro ha ha.

  • dude, you better get some good sleep...

  • I think this dude is a male cheerleader.

  • im sorry, i cant stand watching you

  • Also I might add that people who make just 6 20 minute long naps each day have dreams, which makes me believe that they just skip those first nonsense-slow-down-phases of the normal sleep pattern and start right with the REM phase.

  • Less spaz, more info. ;)

  • Google "dymaxion sleep" youll find a great article on this topic by R. Buckminster Fuller. Fuller slept 30 minutes every six hours plus short five minute micro-naps whenever he felt any fatique, no matter where he was or what he was doing. I respect Fuller's knowledge and plan to go on a very similar schedule to this starting September 2008, when Ill be quitting my day job and only working 5 to midnight and noon to 6 Saturdays. I think your system involves too long sleeps at too long intervals.

  • kind of afraid of trying this what if the method was not well-studied,would it be dangerous?

  • Fuller did it for 50 years and lived till his 80s in good health too, despite 25 years of drinking. Fuller also had interesting dietary theories. According to one source he lied on a diet of streak, spinach and jello.

  • but thats just one case, what about statistic data

  • Incorrect. Fuller did it for TWO years. Fact-check.

  • Yes and no. While its true that his formally defined period of experimentation with Dymaxion sleep may have been two years, in fact he continued to nap-sleep for the rest of his life. He toured the world continuously, and drove himself mercilessly, and his sleep schedule was constantly varying. He was well known for taking brief naps whenver he "felt the need," including in the middle of a conversation in a restaurant, while being driven from one location to another, etc.

  • are you still doing this? you dont post any more info.. :(

  • why do I feel like I need to buy something from you now?

  • what scares me is all these people end up never posting again... :| do they die?

  • Hmmm, that adds up to about 5 hours... Can't most people just have 5 hours core sleep... Its enough for me.

  • So true!

  • sounds resonably good, for obvious reasons

  • you are cute,.

  • Hmm, no blog updates since "figuring it out" back in June. Maybe he fell asleep and never woke up.

  • I wanted to try polyphasic sleep, but yust couldn't make it because of practical reasons but i like it, it is fascinating to me.

  • I'm wanting to try polyphasic sleep but haven't decided on a proper sleep system.. I might look into this ^.^

  • about how much time are you awake between the refresher sleep to the 20 minute nap, and between the 20 minute to the 3 hour nap?
