Sweet. I've got an old vhs of several of their sets from way back in the day. No stoner/doom band (well, Vitus aside) ever achieved that pitch-perfect Sabbath Worship status as well or as effectively as Sleep.
@TheeUnidentified Damn dude, i'd wish i could get those recordings. I've left sony vegas and started remastering stuff in After Effects, so i might put out even more quality out of it. Any chance you could rip these recording to your PC and upload them for me?
@1337xavi Don't have equipment just now. Two of the sets are common, this one you've taken The Druid from, the other is @ Tallahassee w/earlier version of Dopesmoker that morphs into a very slow, albeit abridged rending of Holy Mt.
The two others sets are rare; one is likely when they were still going by the Asbestos Death moniker. Shorter hair, weren't all Sabbath'd & hippied out yet, ha. The last is KILLER!!! 1994 Hawkwind/Sleep Space Ritual Tour. Downside is AWFUL quality. PM me.
