hehe well opinions are divided there, im sure. i love to kill bass, i do it myself, but i try to keep it to a minimum and in line with the beat, in equal intervalls or whatever you can call it, 8 beats, 16 beats etc. not like richie hawtin's doing it :S keeps the groove off balance i think.

the point of a dj is to create an unforgetabble experience, try and alter music so its something new and exciting, not just going trak to track, and richie hawtin uses traktor just for that, editing to apoint where its something new! He has nothing to prove on vinyls, he basically created modern minimal, and use vinyl for most of his career! He is a true dj!
