John and Blain are my favorite male gymnasts of all time,with John having the slight edge in my book. I loved their friendly rivalry. I wish I could still watch them compete!
What happened during his dismount? He only did one flip then landed wrong and tore his ACL. But was his knee bothering him before he did that routine? Or did he just slip during the release causing him to only flip once?
