@kblopp No I was not shunned. You show a lot of ignorance here. The Amish do not shun you unless you "join" the church, and become a member. I left as soon as I was 18 (for the 3rd time).

As for my speech, I am not the best speaker, and stutter sometimes, and that is something I have been working on, but this is one of my older videos, so I will leave it up as is. Also different communities have different accents. Similar to people from different states.

As far as Joe talking "slow/slurred", you'd have to understand that he was raised for 18 years in an Amish family, and that is how they talk. They use a dialect that crosses the English language with Pennsylvania Dutch. The result is how you hear Joe talking when he's on video.

We allowed the Slabaugh's to stay in our home when we had to go away for a couple of days, and returned home to find that they were just as trustworthy as we believed them to be.

But they do have a low baby rate,and the fathers pay non amish guys to have sex with there daughters(the guys aren't aloud to see the daughters while they "inlope") so they can get their population up..there very peaceful people,and very nice.

I have been married for 9 years, and have 4 kids (1 set of twins) My videos are improving, but have been watched over 2.3 million times so far, so it is not too bad, but I do wish my older ones would be better quality. I now sometimes post the videos as High Def. And if I do regular quality, it is better then the ones I have here...

I have not seen any black amish, but i do think there is a mixed kid somewhere in Kidron Ohio, cause a girl who worked ar Gerber Poultry had a mixed baby, and did not know which of her co-workers was the father... She had to go to the front of the church and say that she is a whore (that is what I was told anyway)... my sister who is not Amish recently adopted another Former Amish lady's black baby.
