    todd

  • Thanks very much Todd. Glad that you liked it. Ed

  • I know how to play many chords but I don't know all of thier names. If I learn tham I usually forget. Anyhow...I have palyed banjo in a few Dixieland pickup bands I know it can be awkward it never got in the way. Learn your music James, In the long run you will probably enjoy it more. You can always improvise. You probably won't sped up if yo have drummer or base player behind you.

  • Loved this one Ed!

  • Thank you Jen. It's a very nice song. Ed

  • nice job!

A lot of your chords on your songs sound alike, i just noticed that.

I like when you speed up that's cool!

  • They are alike. Many of the songs in the 1920s and 1930s are not very complicated. But, neverhteless, I work out the chords that work for me. Rarely, I will look for the ultimate chords. I will only do it when I can't make them up myself. It's a poor process but...this isn't Carnegie Hall.

As far as speeding up...I can't help myself. It's like a bad habit.

  • You sound like Harpo did in the film (he sang like Chevalier!) -- nice song!

  • Haw,haw, haw! Zat ees za fonny cmment. Merci! Ed

  • lovely! can't help but smile when listening to it!

    lou xx

  • Thank Lou. I love it when I can get a smile. (As long as I don' tget laghed off the stage.)

When are we going to be treated to a sweet potato solo? Ed

  • welcome back Ed, good to see you my friend. now don't get over doing it, that song was 1:22 you know lol. 5*s
