Download the latest dolphin emulator for windows 7 32 bit. Looks like the program creator made an exclusive program for windows 7 32 version. I just tested the program out and game end along with full S stats work. Just a question....I used the codes to unlock all characters and some characters have moves that can't be edited. The program has an option to unlock all moves.....that does not work.... please offer us the code :D
