Thats the Iraqi Army you're thinking of. Police have a fancy digital uniform but the only units that have that so far are the ones around Baghdad. At the time this video was taken the IPs wore a variety of uniforms whose only common characteristic was usually body armor with "police" in english and arabic and some sort of face mask

But its true that the M70 is a little more accurate than other AK`s.
For city fights its enough accurate and it`s more powerful than a 5.56mm.

The M1 Garand was a WWII/Korea weapon and the M14 is based off it, however it is in no way shape or form not strong enough. The M1 fired a .30-06 round, one shot one kill unlike the M16 which is like one magazine one kill. The round fired by the M14 will go through the enemy's body armor, through the enemy, and through the guy standing behind him. The M21 is heavy but what I'm saying is that the round will "reach out and touch you". The M14 with a synthetic stock would be a great weapon now.

Most likely not insurgents. I would say either caucasian freelancers (since most no idea why dress like the two guys in the turbans). However, the guy with the vest and helmet looks like police and since they were all together the best bet would be police. However, that is disgraceful that the police force can't get the equipment to avoid friendly fire incidents by Americans but I guess it helps against insurgents (they don't shoot at people who look like them).

No i meant specifically Al Qaeda in Iraq, which is an organized group. They are almost completely composed of foreigners. The Iraqi insurgency is another thing, ex-baath and religious factions. And that question is ridiculous, of course we would be fighting any occupying force. But who cares if their cause is just or not, they have the inalienable right to be killed by a western army.

Thats the Iraqi Army you're thinking of. Police have a fancy digital uniform but the only units that have that so far are the ones around Baghdad. At the time this video was taken the IPs wore a variety of uniforms whose only common characteristic was usually body armor with "police" in english and arabic and some sort of face mask

well for 1 you cant judge by appearance alone idiots. Number 2 iraqi police dont really have uniforms some of them do but not all of them, like the other guy said not much difference some of those fuckers are spies for the insurgents. Others are legit but ya never really know for sure. Iraqi police have attacked us before confrimed iraqi police so it really doesn't matter as long as you stay alive. I wouldn't trust them.

there isn't much difference. most iraqi cops are double agents. the last major battle earlier this year, the cops who were gaurding gates and stuff let the insurgents in and starting fighting WITH them. a cop felt guilty about fighting against the insurgents so he committed suicede. prolly cuz his family member was a insurgent that he shot or something. i feel bad for that guy. cuz some of them join the insurgents cuz they theaten to kill their family if they don't. we gotta win that war.

Whats the difference? In 2004 3000 Iraqi police members replaced around 3000 U.S. troops in Fallujah after the U.S. ambassador in Iraq called in the exchange. The insurgents in Fallujah came out and made a big crowd and celebrated in the leaving of the U.S. troops. Almost 2/3 of the Iraqi police celebrated with them. 2 weeks later the U.S. troops were sent back in to kick some insurgent and Iraqi police ass.

My father is in the army and he isn`t the best shooter but with a Zastava M70 (Yugoslav copy of an AK) he hit 3 of 4 shots on a target (body size) 300m away.
But its true that the M70 is a little more accurate than other AK`s.
For city fights its enough accurate and it`s more powerful than a 5.56mm.

The M1 Garand was a WWII/Korea weapon and the M14 is based off it, however it is in no way shape or form not strong enough. The M1 fired a .30-06 round, one shot one kill unlike the M16 which is like one magazine one kill. The round fired by the M14 will go through the enemy's body armor, through the enemy, and through the guy standing behind him. The M21 is heavy but what I'm saying is that the round will "reach out and touch you". The M14 with a synthetic stock would be a great weapon now.
