@Arykermanchi The offline feature does not support 3 individual real players. The offline mode is 1 person vs 1 person. However, in skirmish mode a single person can play against multiple AI
@victor133644 actually it has nothing to do with campaign mode.. it was only multiplayer since dec 15th, 2010 when the patch was released for SCEE. in addition, it is still 1 - 2 two players local only on the US version SCEA(unfortunately i have this one due to location)

You can only play offline. There's a button in the main menu. :)

Unfortunately no, the game does not have online multiplayer feature, but you can play multiplayer on the same console with up to 3 other players.
I think that's for trophy/highscore updating. I don't know why they keep saying that in every game. :)
