Wow!!!!!! I like this video!!!!!! Master Eddie Velez(my Idol and one of the BEST) and Master Oliver Maguyon ( the guy who introduced me to my teacher/idol Master Monie one of the Velez brothers). I recently had the opportunity to train with both Eddie and Monie Velez. Very nice and humble guys but highly skilled. I totally agree, regardless of your Balintawak background, you'll not be sorry for taking the time to train with them. Eddie said something like this, "I am not changing but only adding to what you already know."

A video of my Spanish friends (Bruno Cancho and Lazaro), with one of my professors of balintawak whom I like quite particularly: Master Eddy Velez.

Train with him is a real pleasure, an honor.

His teaching is excellent. He does not talk so long and very fast sticks cross themselves... In spite of his title of "Master", he likes "playing" and agrees to receive knocks of stick in Agak or Mara-Mara, but also to give it because he is extremely fast and precise in his strikings.
