i wuz kinda' if maybe this WAS a janis Joplin Song! But I saw where someboy else commented that she woulda' loved this, so I reckon not. (I was born on her 17th "birthday", so even when I was a little [Capricorn Goat] "kid" I was really "into" Janis, though I was so young when she daparted.

Some of the OTHER tunes remind me of what Led Zep might have sounded like if Paul Rogers were Vocalist instead of Mr. Plant. Paige formed a (short-lived) Band w/ Rogers in the 80s. Can't remember the name.

I saw this rockin band on October 19,2011 as the opening act for Evanescence...I had never heard of them before. So I didn't know what to expect but after the first couple notes and chords...all I can and could say was WHOA!!! Instant fan!! Nice to hear a a real band instead of the mainstream fluff!!! These guys are Amazing...Give these boys their due. Buy the physical cd. I promise you won't be disappointed!!

The drummer is definitely influenced by John Bonham, but what great drummer isn't? And I'd rather sound like Zeppelin than almost all my current peer competition. This is an excellent band, and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hear one. Give these boys their due.

@Clipper303 Actually Clipper, after listening to the EP and first album, I would have to say that they are almost drawing TOO HEAVILY on Zep. I can't say that for the new album bcs I haven't listened to it yet, but these first two offerings... although very well done, are not as original as some may think. I hear a lot of Bad Co., even The Who in some of their tracks. Don't get me wrong, I still respect them but they may be borrowing a bit too much. They have the talent to be more original.
