They are no problem, the legs are a little open so is space enough for genitals. Different is the case in the fall from a koshinage, you must be carefull and avoid the "nutcracker" effect between legs....

Um I have a question about these front falls. It is hard for me to do these because my upper body strength is not that great. I can't keep myself up very long to break the fall. Is there a way to practice these? Or do I need to build up my upper body strength?
@MrTokki You don't need upper body strength. You are falling onto your front, but as you hit the floor, you do a sort of worm movement. You don't have to support yourself at any point.
