  • nice improv at the end! 5 stars

  • I have this exact guitar! The Highway 1 with the humbucker. Put a Seymour Hotrails in the neck recently so might post a vid of it. Excellent playin btw. Any chanch you could post a vid with a slowed down version of the legato run? Would be much appreciated

  • very nice playing,

    just for the record,

the album version is played by john Sykes (thin Lizzy) but because of Adrian Vandenberg joining the band he played the solo on the single (compare it to the single How Long by Vandenberg and notice the style). Vivian Campbell joined the band after Vai left (somewhere in the ninetees (?)

  • Tight playing dude... great job.

Check out my new vids. Total improv right off the top of my head to some backing tracks.

    Great work here brother...

  • there is not bad to improvise i think your improvisation is verw verw good, you show us you real character on the guitar.

    you play greatly good

  • Damn dude that was amazing

  • Exellent

  • And Dan Huff is kwnown as former member of Giant and Whiteheart

  • Reb doesnt pick the run at the end of HIGA. He taps it.

  • great playing

  • eat dog dung for actually thinking reb beach recorded the solo, and waylay00 is wrong to, it was john sykes who recorded every guitar part on the 1987 whitesnake SOTN album.

  • Actually waylay00 is correct - Adrian Vandenberg DID do the guitar for this version of Here I Go Again which appeared on the album as David had fallen out with John (again) by that stage, although Sykes did record all the other tracks on the 1987 album. The other "Radio Edit" version of Here I Go Again; released the same year featured a session guitarist called Dan Huff.

  • 10 thumbs up for that comment.

  • :-)

  • Reb Beach didn't record this solo. It was Adrian Vandenberg.
