Dawn had the rock voice, Terry had the gospel/whistle voice, Maxine had the R&B voice, and Cindy had the pop voice. If you listen to their background vocals Terry and Dawn are the most powerful in the back and then Maxine's low R&B rasp metled them together. Cindy's voice is rarely heard in most songs.
