Nearly fifty years ago I attended a colloquium at University. Its conclusion was that no parties or pressure groups would succeed in causing the human race to become a cooperative species. @ufo5147 I think if you did a little more research on Ron Paul’s policies you will see that his economics is superior to the special interest controlled monstrosity we have now. From the root level our monetary policy is immoral (Federal Reserve). As far as, as you say race and women’s issues, he does not pigeonhole people into groups but only considers us all as individuals that own our own lives.

Watch the debates in 2007 when he warned of the coming recession, which no other candidate, democrat or republican, cared about. How can someone so right about economic outcomes not understand how to fix the problem? The truth is he understands far more than you are giving him credit for.
