I'm not sure what she is talking about but there were in fact preliminary tremors prior to the big 2004 quake.I subscribe to USGS notifications and remember seeing them and thought Oh great here comes a big one soon.This region is constantly active.Wrong again lady there were many aftershocks measuring in the 7s and 8s till it dropped down into 6 and below.Gravity wave ? Those have only recently been detected and are very hard to detect.Time for some fact checking lady.

The HAARP project aims to direct a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8-10 MHz region of the HF band, into the ionosphere. The signal may be pulsed or continuous. The continuous transmission is what is so worrisome to me. These transmissions are High frequency when they are sent, but become Low frequency upon reflection. Sustained Low frequency will cause instability. Tesla almost brought down a building using Low freq. sound waves.

All of this is correct.

It is about the most inefficient way to cause an earthquake though and 3.6 Mw gets you nowhere. Consider the inverse square law and the minimum distance the beam must travel to even reach the ionosphere.

If they wanted to cause earthquakes there are much more effective and precise ways for that.

I don't think they would, but this could be an accidental side effect of man made action.

@HomeWorkNetWork I agree, very inefficient way to cause earthquakes. The best you could do in my opinion would be to alter the geometry of atmospheric pressure. Nikola Tesla had a much better way to cause an earthquake.

HAARP not only has the capability to alter weather conditions, but it can also alter states of CONCIOUSNESS. In other words, variations in the technology used for HAARP can be used to delete, implant and record thoughts. PLEASE NOTE:

Dr. Bertell states that normal earthquake's aftershocks would be sequentially lower (i.e. 6.0 to 5.0, etc). Artificial quakes aftershocks register much lower than the first reading.

The earthquake in Chile today first registered 8.8. But, according to news reports thusfar, the largest aftershock has been only a 6.3 at the time of this writing.

Was the earthquake caused by the Coronal Mass Ejection two days ago, or technologically produced?
