  • 1:04 the real song starts or the classic starts

  • 0:070:23までの間落ち着けよwwwwww

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • What is beyond me is how they were able to edit out B'rer Fox's ranting...

  • @Maestrojosh87 disney magic ;)

  • How can you listen to this song without cracking up?

  • I remember these! <3 I still have all my Disney Sing-Along Songs VHSes. :)

  • So, Ludwig Van Drake's laughing place is New Orleans? I'm pretty sure that's what it says above the road map.

  • @WorldNews92 That was in a part of the screen that the TV blocks out. So watching this when I was little, I always thought it was a map of Connecticut. (Notice the blue part kinda looks like Long Island Sound)

  • @WorldNews92 I wouldnt doubt it. New Orleans is one of my favorite places in the world! Like the commercials say: "Youre different there!"

  • luv it a lot ga'bor borz

  • Good song.

  • haha just seeing all these classic disney characters laughing makes me smile :)

  • Why did he say yuk when he thought about his laghing place ... What kind of sick song is this ? o_O

  • I'll find your laughing place.

  • that rabbits crazy:D

  • I'm in complete agreement with this classic song, I love to laugh as well because it makes me feel better.

  • i LOVE when thumper bursts out laughing!!

  • Gehehe this is my laughing place (the clip) :P

  • teehee! i love splash moutain! lolz!

  • I love this song!

  • Yeah, Song of the south is under wraps, that's why all my kids have seen it, and their cousins, and their cousins...... There is nothing wrong with that movie unless you are a moron and look for trouble... Kids of ALL color have enjoyed that film for decades....

  • Even though the movie's gone, this and Zip-a-dee-doo-da are still around, heck you here Zip-a-dee-doo-da twice. The Movie version and the version in A Disneyland Fun

  • Don't tell me Justin Bieber has a lauhing place :-P

  • I like that part when captain hook and smee are laughing!HAHA!

  • @cooltomorrowkid it has been banned in the US because they say it's a raciest movie...........I dint see it, I love this movie

  • @Bruinsfan961 I didnt see how that movie was rascist(then again, I saw it when I

    was 5

  • @Bruinsfan961 Its not banned, it comes out every few years like many of their films. Last time was the mid 80's, even shown in theaters. The racist myth has been around for a long time, no one seems to know where it comes from, including the NAACP. They next expect to re-release sometime after 2012.

  • @Bruinsfan961 I'm watching this clip today because I stopped at the I Love To Laugh Scene on Mary Poppins. Does vol. 9 have this song?

  • this is silly!

  • everyone does have a laughing place. go look for urs u suicidal losers. i know where mine is

  • From my favourite disney film...which is banned in the U.S.

  • @BJORT - It was not, in fact, banned in the U.S. or any country.

Disney has simply withheld its release.

  • what is this? i thought it would be good what with the duck at the begging but they didn't need those kids did they? just made it sound tacky :S STILL i looove this movie!

    "UNCLE REMUS!"

  • i wemember dis song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wish they can get Song of the South back.

And they always play Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, and High School Musical and not show old films. Ugh....

  • @AnimationManiac Such as Bambi, The Fox and the Hound, and other films where Disney animators had the imagination to come up with classics like those!

  • Like the movies at 0:52-0:59!

  • @hersheyandshadow One of my true friends in Junior High makes me sing this song a lot. I see him now because I attend CIDP. Just to let you know, one of my best friends who attended Jr. High with me made me sing this song.

  • Don't you love that Disney advertises the songs and rides, yet not mention anything else about 'Song of the South?" I had NO idea Splash Mountain was based on ANYTHING until I was 14 (now 19). I was lucky enough to watch it in my sophomore English class, cause my teacher picked it up when he was in Hong Kong.

  • I was about to make a comment exactly like this, until I saw yours. They more or less milk every aspect of the Brer Rabbit cartoons for all they can get, with out actually acknowledging them.

  • I can understand them not wanting to release the whole movie Song of the South, but why not just the animated parts?

  • i used to watch all the sing alongs at my nans when was little good memorys! and sometimes i still do watch when to cheer me up or just to watch it thanks for puttin on utube!

  • whats the movie with the bear, fox, and bunnie?????????????

  • Song of the South

  • It's "Song of the South," a Disney film based on Uncle Remus's Br'er Rabbit stories. It hasn't been released on home video because of issues involving racial insensitivity.

  • @IComeAnon4 exactly.

bootleg copies of that film are available online

  • Song of the South

  • AHH, I remember this....I havent seen this in such a long times...

  • I wish i could find this song for my iPod!!! I love it so much!!!

  • @dramakittymeow what I do is I go on google type in youtube converter click on first link copy the url of the video i'm watching. Paste it on to the main bar bit on website and it will convert the soundtrack into an mp3 and you can then download it to your itunes library

  • oh... DANG IT!!!! *bangs head inito wall* GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!! *whines* song is stuuuuuuuuck!

  • XD I just love the ride at Disneyland.

  • completly useless opening lol the origional is the best

  • This was my favorite song growing up! I have it on a CD and i listen to it whenever i feel sad. Lol

  • Song of the South is amazing! It's my favourite film ever! Brer Rabbit is awesome. This song just makes me smile!

  • I love the Brer Rabbit segment of the song.

I HATE the chorus singing before that part, though. They're forcing the "Ho"s.

  • @VGAfanatic yeah well, they didnt mean it nasty like

    its and older movie

they didnt say that stuff so much back then

  • I love this song! :D Makes me very happy.

  • I remember watching this in the car while driving to Disneyland when I was about 4 years old, and out the window my cousins and I see Pluto as the traffic guard. You have to admit, that's the coolest thing to see! xD

  • I have this movie, somewhere.. :)

  • breir rabbot

  • the rabbit has a creepy laugh in the beggining

  • soooo cute

  • I looooooooves that Brer Rabbit!

  • I really like this song

  • wow

I can;t believe Disney acknowledged the existence of Song of the South.

usually they keep that film WAY under wraps.

Even though they have an extremely popular attraction based on it in their theme parks.

  • Zippitey Doo Dah saved it

  • I know! You know how they say there's no VHS copy of Song of The South in existance? That's not true. Because I saw one. At a garage sale! O_O

  • Disney hasn't released an "official" VHS or DVD of "Song of the South" in America nor has the film been shown in American theaters in over 20 years. However, there's plenty of bootleg copies available on the internet (I enjoy mine!).

  • There's where YouTube also comes in handy. LOL!

  • They did release an official VHS, just not a DVD.

  • I own one! great quality but now onsidering getting buying dvd version

  • i used to have it

  • @togio100 you think THAT Song Of The South moment was a "wow"?

try watching one of the BrerRabbit stories on that 2-Disc DVD of Alice And Wonderland. Now THAT was somethin'.

  • @togio100 I think it's funny how Disney tries to hide this movie yet they mention it in it's official Disneyland/Walt Disney World guide in the Splash Mountain section.

  • @togio100 Well, funny as in ironic.

  • @togio100 Yeah, it seems they like to keep the cartoon characters of the movie around, but that's about it. It's really the only reason I got curious enough to find out about the film ages ago

  • isn't the "laughing place" on the ride "splash mountain" from disney world too?

  • I think it is, I believe I saw it the only time I went to disney world

  • haha what year did this clip come out ilove this :D

  • Nice job!

  • I think i found my laughing place!!!!

  • LOL!

  • this always makes me laugh:)

  • How can you not love this song?

  • Ev'rybody Has A Laughing Place

  • I just finished watching the I Love To Laugh scene on Mary Poppins. That's why I'm watching this scene. I didn't cover the windows, because it was pouring.

  • Er'rybody Has A Laughing Place [Sing Along Songs]

  • The Splash Mountain Version is WAYY BETTER!

  • I agree. You can never beat the original, though. 8>

  • I liked that, too.

  • i love this song!

  • The host was Ludwig von Drake.

  • Here's 5 stars for you. One of my favorite songs for my masterpiece.
