i absolutely love warrick one of my favourite CSI's but i think they had to kill him off as their were alot of rumours about the man playing him being caught in possession of drugs, these are proberbly rumours but could be true as they have no other real reason to kill off such an amazing member of the csi franchise, this could possibly be his Demise as other videos suggest and not his actual death, similar to Eric in Miami they thought he died but returned, hopefully its the same case.

I saw this today and almost cried... Such an emotional episode for him and in general. All the csi worked together to save him and at the end he gets shot by that mf! @Ihakk7777777 Race is not why he was killed off. Gary Dourdan was having a problem with drugs, so he was told he wasn't coming back to the show. He was fired, and they wanted it to be a permanent situation. He was actually supposed to die in the last episode of the season 8 and not the first episode of season 9, but a writer's strike held it up.

@vccstudents Gary Dourdan was arrested for DUI of alcohol & prescription drugs not long AFTER filming his final scenes for CSI so drugs were not the reason why he left. He'd in fact left the show by mutual consent because he'd refused to accept the terms & conditions that were stated on his new contract. He wanted more than double the salary CBS were prepared to offer him as he felt he was being paid less than most of the other cast members
