I purchased the dvd, Why didnt they show how to make any synth sounds!

The tutorial amounted to

Show an old ableton session

Put a saturator on a bus to stop clipping

Use group effects in ableton

Advertise the sausage fattner

Use a sawtooth wavform as a bass sound

Look at a spectrum analyser

They are not stupid and obviously knew they were not going to show their style..but instead use this as an oppertunity to advertise their plugin.

@1984ns10 It's the processing, mixing, and other sounds within context that makes it sound good. And to me that takes creativity and years of mixing experience. Every sound is different and they can't possibly show people to listen to what they like. Just go with what sounds good.
