    60grams proteinshake including 40% carbs.

    3 cups of oatmeal, 5 bananas, 2 chicken breasts.

    1 BIG NEEDLE OF TESTOSTERONE 7G.

  • r u sure man? cn ur body convert fats into glucose? im confused coz i saw one article which tells me that the body cant onvert fats into glucose,which we all know that glucose is utilized by the body for energy. And the only way to get glucose is from protein utilization or breakdown..

  • thats exactly what it does, with no food in your stomach, the body searches for energy, if you didnt know already fat is energy, glucose is a form of fat, so in other words in the morning your glucose is down so the body searches for the energy somewhere else like the fat storages , but i see what your saying though, but you have some of it wrong, but its all good
