This really upsets me, i know what ur going through. im from N.B. and my house was raided and left a mess. my lawyer says the warrant should have never been signed. the police will mislead or lie in the affadivat to get a search warrant or sometimes they'll just sign a peice of paper and show you that.

Has anyone pursued this with a lawyer? To find out if there was a legal search warrant? Is it possible they have a legal warrant but didn't produce it because the property owner wasn't there? If Mike and Rick believe a crime took place they should talk to a lawyer. Most will give a free half hour consultation. If the police raided the property without a legal warrant there should be a proper investigation etc.
