Nick Cleggover is a complete irrelevance, and I suspect he is ball bouncingly arrogant. He has a party of just over 60 MP's, yet poses by building a shadow cabinet. The figures show that Labour will be making cuts of 7.5% over three years anyway. Better to have a 10% immediate cut that streamlines the public sector than a slow 7.5% one that doesn't go far enough.
