Yeah that's not a Great Horned Owl; Great Horns have slightly bigger eyes that are usually yellow, and their hoots are deeper. Plus they have a white throat that puffs up when they hoot.

I saw one of these in person at the Bronx a few months ago, they are really big! They don't look it in these videos at all. He was like the size of a large turkey, and the eyes were bigger than golf balls. It looked at me, so I looked back.

Um, that is not a great horned owl. I think it is most likely an eagle owl.  They are similar in size (and are closely related), but the horned owl has a different hoot (Whoo hoo hooo whoo hooo), yellow eyes, and different barring on its feathers. Just FYI.
