How to remove Antivirus Plus for Free

Hi and thanks for the video. The problem I have is that I can get the screen pressing F8 but I can't move the cursor with the arrow keys to select Safe Mode. Is there any way around this? Can you or anyone help? Thanks.

I've downloaded every sort of antivirus thing and nothing has done any good what so ever!!!!
