I remember those memories when hearing this song on 105.1 The Groove, before it became the Magic. Such good memories were destroyed by garbage music since good music for special people just wan't profitable to draw in audiences.
Just one of those anomalies of good music from the past fading into obscurity until an unpopular radio station format change introduces it to impressionable youth. I hate how the impressionable youth has to be so disrespectful when they hear their favorite songs drunk.
Jeffrey Osborne has one of the greatest voices, it is a shame that he did not enjoy the success worthy of his talent. He did have a pretty good 2 or 3 year run in the early 80s. I guess that is more than most artist enjoy, but I still think that he was uniquely talented and should have had more success.
