No the song is not from Troya, that is sort of a stupid question which implies that you know nothing of the humanities. The movie is purely for entertainment, from some Hollywood producers imagination and interpretation of Homer's work. If you really want to know about the true story of Troy read Homers Illiad and if your interested in Odysseus then read Homer's Odyssey. In the movie they have some psudo facts on how they sort of did things but you can get the whole true via reading or classes.
