Simply brilliant!!!!!! The last time I heard anything new from Chris was around '86. I was a huge fan of the man back in the '70's and early '80's. But WOW!!!! his voice is as crystal, and powerful as it ever was. That is impressive for one of his age. Obviously he hasn't done damage to his vocal instrument, like so many other's from his period. Thanx for the terrific post!!!!!!!!

Most people only know C de B from The Lady in Red, in my humble opinion a weak song. He is however much more than this, his songs tell stories, show emotions, give opinions. He can go from sensitive ballad to an anthem such as this track. I was a fan long before The Lady in Red and remain so to this day. Good on you Chris... you rock!!!!

Chris de Burgh has been responsible for some excellent songs (of which this is one). Unfortunately as he is not deemed 'cool' by the music journalists and djs, those self appointed gurus of taste (what a joke), and because everybody got fed up with Lady in Red, his superb contribution to music is often forgotten.
