Des-Row's Daikenkai was released september 2002 (probly sooner) but DDR 8th mix came out in 2002, and this des-row song i belive was on GF/DM 7 - which was maybe 2001 : so i highly doubt soulja boy could have riped it off - cuz years just dont match up HAHA
