  • THEY NEED TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES

  • I love this song, but including this one there are only 3 or good songs on their albums.

  • I honestly was not expecting this, As Toe is coming to where i stay next year, i thought i would listen to other japanese post-rock bands. I realise now that it is quite the insult to lable this post-rock; i mean jesus the drum techniques here are on another freaking level...

  • @Dacoustics it's nu jazz

  • Because of another comment on youtube I am now a fan of this. Lyricless music is the way it should be most of the time.

  • needs more drummer shots.

  • @Aandhy the drummer is from toe xD

  • @tiskdude nope, not the same dude.

  • incredibly good. Thats a good perspective of a near future towards music.

  • gah, trying to cover these drums is hell! great song! also does anyone know if the ghost snares are on the on or off beats? its to fast to tell xD

  • to my ear it sounds like 16ths off the beat

  • @Shumooshi well ghost notes are usually on the offbeats, so i'll guess off.

  • I am blown away.

  • and this isnt platinum HOW?!?!!

  • o0o they be GUUD

  • I just imported this CD recently, and I have to say it is fucking amazing. I've never seen a group combine jazz and post-rock drumming in the way these guys have. The CD that this came off of and the 4 song demo "Sezession" rank in my top favorites.

  • @C4103 how did you import the cd?

  • @Sqvusz Search for it on Amazon Japan. When you check out, there is an option for international customers. You will pay out the ass for international shipping, so make sure you order everything you want at the same time so it all comes in the same shipment. Being able to read Japanese helps, but you can also use Google translate.

  • @Sqvusz you can buy japanese cd's on the following websites:

    yesasia.com / cdjapan.co.jp / hmv.co.jp / amazon.co.jp

yesasia has free shipping for orders more than $20 if i remember well. cdjapan and hmv are good too. amazon has a wide range of cd's, but also books dvd's etc available, but the shipping rates are very expensive

  • @C4103 its funny that you mention the term post-rock. people know what you're talking about in terms of bands (By the End of Tonight, Tera Melos (<3), Minster Machismo, etc.) but i have no ide what it actually means. Like... after rock?

  • @WillThereBeFoodEnoug Haha, right? I suppose after rock would work... I'm going to Fuji Rock 2011, hopefully toe will be playing but I'm not sure about MOTK for an event like that. They announced over Twitter that they might be touring the US in 2011. I heard the same from Adebisi Shank of Ireland if you listen to them.

  • @WillThereBeFoodEnoug here's what wikipedia says on post-rock: Post-rock is a subgenre of alternative rock and progressive rock[1] characterized by the use of instruments commonly associated with rock music, but using rhythms and "guitars as facilitators of timbre and textures" not traditionally found in rock. Post-rock musicians typically produce instrumental music.

  • @C4103 why didnt you just torrent it, retard.

  • @StiffyTheBand because this band deserves support, unlike your untalented ass.

  • @C4103 ok

  • @C4103 draaaaaamaaaa

  • @C4103 Well said C4103, some bands do deserve your money, some don't, this is one of the ones that does. Not everyone in the music industry earns millions, and some need that money if they're ever going to have a chance at carrying on making music for you and I. People don't seem to understand the way it works, they think it's as easy as getting a few guys together and having a quick jam, unfortunately it's not that simple or cheap.

  • @StiffyTheBand fuck you

  • perfect

  • I ♥ IT awesome

  • say WAT?

  • Awesome!!!!

  • Beauty and tough.

    今もっともライブが見たいバンドれす。

  • WOOOT!!!!! ^_^ XD
