ive had my brittany Jasper for about 7 years now, we got him from a rescue centre and he's been my golden boy ever since, he's loyal, playful and cheeky i love the breed so much and im thinking of getting a little girl although not to breed.

I have 3 of these and only 2 of them are truly obedient, but the third was beaten so that explains his aversion to people.  They even play nicely with my Husky. Such a great dog.

@ianjette Lol I work at a pet condo and we have two regulars that come in(brittanys) and one of them eats poop. Such a disgusting habbit.

They are so cute. I love their pink noses. But the only bad thing about them is their annoying howling/squealing. But that's easy to break

I have a mutt and she's part Brittany, Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, Golden Retriever and so on. She's only 4 months and very smart :p

My brittany Gus lived until 15! and now my other brittany Moe always gets ear mites no matter how much we clean his ears. I will always have a Brittany in my life. :)

I could probably dissagree with the watchdog opinion. Troubadour *My Brit* will bark if my family's footsteps change in any way. He's woken me up that way a few times... And if we're outside and dad starts making weird movements out of play, Troub will get infront of me and growl. Nothing more. Thats when I grab his collar and take him over, then he just wants to snuggle again X3... I love my Brit, he's one of the best dogs I've ever owned. I love this breed, and the Shelties! <3

Yeah, I breed brittanys and they definitely don't have "naturally docked tails" unless you count the vet docking them as natural

My first dog was a brittany. We got her when I was in the Second grade. I named her Marcy after the Peanuts character. she lived for 14 or so years. I miss her.

I used to have a brittany. I was pretty young when we got her, so I named her Brittany. She was such a great dog. Easily trained, like the video said, and a great friend. She died from some kind of lung cancer when she was only four. I really miss her. :(

Umm dogs 101- they also come in tri color, I can't believe they didn't put that........ if you want proof I've got 3 in the backyard right now who are tri lol, I used to have 4 brittanies but she was orange and white- I loved her so much, she was amazing RIP my Lani girl :(

Wonderful dogs. Intelligent, loyal, affectionate. And they don't bark much (which makes sense, of course, as they're working bird dogs.) You can't go wrong with a Brittany.

I miss my Britt, everything is true in this video. We had a drunk wonder into my house one day(no big threat, he was so drunk, he thought my house was where the party was), and my dog, sat next to him as he got his head scratched. Not a great watchdog, but boy, was he the happiest-go-lucky spirit that ever lived.
