I also enjoyed his performance in Rocky V, and I loved watching him fight because he had a very, very good style to watch and always made for good viewing.
@Taylorslade123 yeah he did show how good he was at boxing in Rocky V especially his uppercuts which are just like clockwork. The fight scene at the end is so entertaining because it's so brutal and deviates from boxing itself which makes it more fun.

There is probably no other guy who was tested so many times, and had to provide tests. They had to show it to castle and his management, the CSAC official was on site - so i don't know what you're talking about. There is even a video of him going for the tests. He tested negative probably over 10 times now. It's loads of people like him

Untreated HIV in average takes ten years to turn into AIDS, but some people progress straight to AIDS, while very few "Long-Term Non-Progressors" (LTNP) has lived more than 30 years without reaching AIDS.
And WITH medication, in time, most people will not progress to AIDS at all.
You can google "HIV LTNP" and read the wiki page.

I used to love watching Morrison because he was in some very good fights and had a very good TV-friendly style. Of course he wasn't the best HW in the world, not even for one moment , but entertainment-wise, I certainly wish that there was a few Tommy Morrisons around right now. The only real problem I have where Morrison is concerned, is his level of denial towards his diagnosis etc. I cant imagine being in his shoes, but his constant attempts to get around the problem was a little worrying

@JReed1985 Unfortunately, he's in bad shape now, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to his medical issues as opposed to it being a result of his lifestyle, which by all accounts, is a very bad lifestyle. I also enjoyed his performance in Rocky V, and I loved watching him fight because he had a very, very good style to watch and always made for good viewing.

@Taylorslade123 yeah he did show how good he was at boxing in Rocky V especially his uppercuts which are just like clockwork. The fight scene at the end is so entertaining because it's so brutal and deviates from boxing itself which makes it more fun.
It's a shame if his health is just going to continue deteriorating but at least he's accomplished a lot in his days as a boxer.

Which means, his HIV Viral load is very low … that is very good and probably a result of his meds plus his physically active/healthy lifestyle. But he is still infected with HIV virus, that doesn't change or go away. The ELISA test is the screening test for HIV, tells someone they have antibodies against HIV. The next test is called a WESTERN BLOT, and this is the confirmatory test.

The WB is just another antibody test and there is NO GOLD STANDARD for detecting the presence or absence of antibodies to "hiv" in human samples. Using an antibody test to "confirm" an antibody test is like using an e-meter to "confirm" another e-meter. You're just going in a circle.

There isn't any scientific proof that HIV causes AIDS. Ask any doctor, where is the proof that HIV causes AIDS. One is told that it is somewhere in PubMed. But it isn't because there never has been one epidemiology study proving this. Just a lot of theories and flawed tests. The ELISA has 70 things that can cause a false positive. The Western Blot Test is not specific to HIV. The HIV virus has never been found in any AIDS patient blood. AIDS is the biggest, medical blunder in history!

I want to believe he doesn't have the virus, but he and his camp just ooze "hiding something". If he truly was HIV negative, he would go straight to Las Vgeas and pass 100 tests if he had to. Hell if I were him I would have gone on National television and in front of millions taken the strictest test available. If he truly is negative, why doesn't he do that? Instead he's taking Mickey Mouse fights in parts of the World that do not have set testing regulations. This has been going since 07!

i saw a recent interview of him he said the reason he was mis diagnosised was because of all the steroids he was taken at that time he got critiziced for being on steroids people said he wouldn't have made it without roids as a fighter that's just bullshit roids don't improve boxing skills he just boosts your body and at least he had the balls to admit that he was taking them

Just do about an hour of research about this and you'll see the truth. This guy is HIV positive. He says he's not HIV positive, then he says that he is HIV positive, but is taking anti-retrovirals the levels are "too low to matter if an exchange of blood is made", then he says he tested negative numerous times in a row, yet can't materialize the tests, alleging the laboratory can't find them. His story changes every time he talks about it.

@xilix He tested NEGATIVE, numerous times. It was on when he fought J. Castle - his first time after retirement. He was tested by California Athletic commision. There is probably no other guy who was tested so many times, and had to provide tests. They had to show it to castle and his management, the CSAC official was on site - so i don't know what you're talking about. There is even a video of him going for the tests. He tested negative probably over 10 times now. It's loads of people like him
