@Mustang2160 I know what you mean. We've pushed a couple local cars well beyond the limits of most, but we don't recommend it! We had one stock 02 that took 12 psi with a wicked Vortech set up that made over 450 rwhp and is still running around. It's the one in a million though. I've had more come in for rebuild with bent rods that were barely over 300 HP than you can count! Let us know if you need to start a forged motor project, we have a couple available cheap!
@THRstang where are you guys out of? im in illinois. im looking at longblocks right now but havent made any decisions. im interested in seeing what you guys have in mind.
We can build or ship anywhere. I used to live in IL, are you north, central or southern? Gateway International was my hometown. For a quote or custom build, PM us the info on the car and what you're trying to accomplish, ie blower, turbo, N/A, or nitrous and we can spec a short or longblock build.
MMR sucks, don't buy their shit. I bought their oil pan expecting that it will clear the STOCK K-MEMBER. I specifically asked if it would clear it when I called to order the pan and they sure enough said it would.. I got the pan which was a fucking stock pan with kickouts welded in for a bit more oil capacity.. Crap.
Well guess what, it sure didn't fit. I went with a nice Canton pan instead, MUCH nicer. And it cleared the K.
Jeez!! Makes me wonder how much MORE torque it be if it was a 302 Stroker? Or even Bored and Stroked out to 5.3liters. D.S.S Racing has Short block specials of the 2v, 3v, and 4v that range to this cubic inch size.
That tolerance has a monoblock stock as which I have a mustang gt with pistons Arias connecting-rods eagle cigueñal eagle comp cams .550 a vortech v2 sq and nitrous 100 hp you believe that my block in stock tolerates
is this the stock 4 6

@ls1vanquish
Not a chance. It's a built Forged Motor. Stock shortblock is good to about 400 HP. Much more than that and the rods are gone!

@THRstang yeah didn't think so, very badass ride props
