there has been some discussion concerning monsters and adventures with arrows...as you mentioned in this video the idea is you put a monster on the bottom of the tasks, thus making the monster the last thing you would attempt on these particular adventures...the designers have been rumored to have stated that they did not intend to make some adventures impossible, and that monsters are allowed to be attacked first before proceeding to the task order of the adventure card....
One small thing I noticed in the rulebook (you might know this already) is that when using a clue token you don't need to reroll all the dice. You can reroll just the ones you want. That's pretty nice if you combine it with spells on you first throw for instance.
