  • why's john kerry there?

  • @chuhboemember6 there from the same state. Kerry's the senoir senator

  • wow two sworn in

  • "I, Scott Brown, take an oath to serve Obama, Reid, and Pelosi. I worship you, and I will do whatever it takes to destroy the country". Scott Brown is Teddy Kennedy re-incarnated. It's still Teddy's seat. Massachusetts was swindled by this fraud. He only opposed healthcare because his state already had it -- thanks to that other RINO Romney.

  • Fuck you Scott Brown and your Girls Gone Wild slut daughters and porn star wife. You are a traitor and just a younger version of Arlen Sphincter. Too bad Coakley didn't win. Scott, get in your POS truck and drive it -- full speed -- into the Grand Canyon. Take Mitt Romney,Mark Rubio, Sarah Palin, Snowe, Collins, Mike Huckabee, John McCain, Newt Gingrich, and Lindsay "Fag" Graham with you in your truck bed. I had a feeling that you were a fraud. Bobby Jindal for 2012. He's our Republican Messiah.

  • i sure dont love scott brown.. he voted 3 x in a row to stop funding unemployment extension.. while he continues to to enjoy the luxury of life.. i continue to find food in dumpsters and try find a job....

  • Also NO SEC, NO FDIC, Let all banks fail and all deposits be lost, NO Bailouts ever, No SOCIALISM FOR anyone including WALL STREET, No Public Works, NO Public Schools, No nothing but PRIVATE KAPITALISM RUNNING EVERYTHING, and everyone else left poor like the peasants in 3rd world countries .... because you know what that is the kind of world LIBERALS FEAR as much as the RIGHT WINGERS fear socialism .... Now isn't this rhetoric all so silly !!!!!!!????? ..... Something to think about

  • well i guess i was wrong because brown broke ranks and voted with the democrats for a jobs bill but now the teabaggers are trashing him for doing his job. brown may not be a cog of his party but many of his so called "supporters" are

  • @1:05 Biden struggles with his own integrity.

  • brown said that he was willing to work with dems and even voters in mass say thats what they elected hi,m to do yet time and time again brown has proven that he is just another cog in the opposition machine another brick in the wall of ( now) 41 blocking the path between america and bills that bould help america recover mass. used to be unique but now one of their leaders is blending in with the red backround thank god for kerry or mass wouldn't have a reputation for differentiality anymore

  • if it was a democrap who was sworn in there would have been a line of speechs and back slapping all the bulshit that comes along with those old crusty blow-hards...........great to see them sweat when brown took kennedys seat!

  • "States' Rights" has historically been invoked as an excuse to let certain states hold on to their racist policies. The most famous example was in Selma, Alabama.

"Welfare/entitlement reform" is code for let's stop handing out money to criminally dangerous minorities who never earn an honest cent anyway

"Tax cuts" benefit only the rich & hurt but the poor & middle class. Many minorities happen to be poor

Being "tough on crime" typically means round up poor minorities & send them to jail

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... You see racism behind every tree my lunatic friend. Unlike you, we arn't all racists!

So, "getting tough on crime" is racism huh? LOL... you are a complete nut job!

The fact that you defend Robert Byrd shows you are nothing but a hypocrite political hack! There is a KKK leader and you defend him! You are the racist!

Instead of pointing to specifics acts of racism you attempt to disect every level of comments until you stretch it out far enough to see racism!

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, I didn't "defend" Robert Byrd, I simply explained that he's no longer a member of the KKK. Converts to a new ideology, such as NOT being a racist, tend to be the most ARDENT defenders of that ideology.

I'm no lunatic. I'm talking about STRUCTURAL racism. It's the type of passive allowance of racism that conservatives most often get away with by silencing debate on the issue of race.

You want SPECIFIC acts of racism? The list can go on FOREVER!

  • Brown is on my payroll

  • I loved watching all the demo-craps swearing in a republican to take KENNEDYS seat!!!!!!!

    loved it!!!!!!!!

    IT'S ABOUT TIME!

THANK YOU MASS. FOR THE MIRACLE!

  • @newyorkeastside so you like Republicans so much, why don't we just abolish everything the Democrats fought for in the last 80 years .... lets go back to NO Social security, No Medicare, No Civil Rights Bills, reinstate segregation, No Unemployment Insurance, Forced Prayer in the public Schools, back Alley Abortions, NO Divorce allowed except adultery, ALL gays back in the closet .... Will that may all you Republican TEA PARTY TYPES HAPPY .... well if it does .... run on those ISSUES !!!!!!

  • jaddision1112...you are a mental if you think that democraps are responsible for he civil rights bill..are you really that ignorant......I guess so! lol

MARTIN LUTHER KING WAS A REPUBLICAN....

    JADDISON1112 YOU ARE A LOSER!

  • jaddison you are a mental.

martin luther king was a republican...

    jaddison you are a loser.

  • @jaddison1112

Because both parties are owned by evil offshore international bankers.

  • Just 8 percent of Americans want the members of Congress re-elected, according to a CBS News-New York Times poll taken nine months before roughly one-third of the Senate and the entire House face voters.

The Feb. 5-10 survey found 81 percent of respondents saying the lawmakers shouldnt receive another term.

By 80 percent to 13 percent, Americans said members of Congress are more interested in serving special interests than the people they represent.

  • Looks like Scott Brown is just the start... Look like you democrats calling yourself the people champion is being seen though for the lie it is, you where going to come to struggling Americans homes and force them to buy healthcare ? or throw them in jail...who's that benefit...aarp or pharma not the people of this land Scott Brown defeated you in the bluest state in the country obviously being the champion of the people Trumps all not just lying an saying you are =)

  • a bad day for america..

    scott brown got swearing ...

  • I have a math lesson for all of you. The Senate only needs 51 votes to pass a bill. Not 60. You see,51 is more than 49 and 51 out votes 49. STP THE CORRUPTION.

  • @ratevideos

You must be crazy to say that. The dems still have right to pass regulatory bills that require simple majority (50%). But legistlative bills like the health care bill require super majority to pass because they are such a major change to the country.

  • is that idiot carrying a fucking bible? burn that shit and kick this dumb ass out of the senate. ted kennedy has been spit upon

  • @FissionNonStop Hatred is eating you away lol at Godless Americans who think we care about what they think

  • Massachusetts spit in the posthumous face of Teddy Kennedy in electing this Conservative who hates everything the late Sen Kennedy stood for ..... It makes me want to vomit .......

  • Unless you're from Massachusetts I don't want to hear a damn word out of you about it.

  • Fuck Ted kennedy

  • Massachusetts loves Ted Kennedy. It hated Martha Corperatecrat Coakley. If their was a true progressive running for the senate like, Rep Mike Capuano who ran in the primary, than maybe the democrats would have won. But the primary voters got too divided between 4 candiates and allowed a dem, appealing to Hillary voters, to win. There is much anger towards the gov Patrick. Dems hated the healthcare bill being a insurance giveaway and taxing union healthcare. 2 million voters stayed home.

  • @1:05 Biden struggles with his own honesty.

  • lol way to go massholes....you shit on our kennedys

  • @bdazzzle HA HA HA....THE DEVIL LOST ANOTHER SEAT IN MASS.....

  • Here's my BEEF with C-Span, they air "mostly" important political issues however they OWN them. They used to aggressively go after people for posting their clips. Now, they get it and post their own "selective" clips.

SINCE when should a corporation OWN what is supposed to be free public access? This reflects CORPORATE America to it's core. I do like C-Span & would like to see them more mainstream but like I said they own & control what we see.

  • Gather around children I have a story.Along time before discovering fire there were two tribes. One a nomadic group that wandered, never settling down, growing crops, or building houses. Then one day they came across a happy, peaceful, hard working group living by a large rushing river. The nomads wanted it.They could not use force, so they begged to live there and this was the beginning of our two political parties the Democrats and Republicans. The Republicans are not the nomads.

  • LOL...looks like a funeral. poor little dems. The the fake dems applaud also. politics is a joke.

  • Enjpy it while it lasts. In two years democratrs will get that seat back with someone better than Martha Coakley.

  • love scott brown

  • Ah, another socialist republican. DC needs to be nuked.

  • You have to feel bad for "Crazy Joe Biden", he doesn't look to happy, and Kerry looks like he's going to a wake.

Kerry, (aka "capt. Ketchup") You're next!!

  • Hey Teddy, time to roll in your grave fatboy. Since your lifelong work of health care reform just got ran over by a truck! And the keys to that truck were handed over to Senator Scott Brown by your very own constituency, so the bill could be defeated from your very seat!

    Oh the SWEET irony!

    ROLL FATBOY ROLL!!!

    AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAA!

  • this is an absolute travesty!

replacing the foremost advocate of civil rights and justice (The Late Great Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy) with a typical Republican advocate of Social Darwinism, Corporate Feudalism, and thinly veiled racist policies in the mold of Bush/Cheney (evil incarnate)...Scott Brown

    What a dissapointment!

  • "Happy days are here again, the skies are blue again. Happy days are hear again!"

What a absolutely stunning victory for the American people and the fight against the Obama regime's Socialist/Marxist plotting to destroy America.

The people of Mass. have loudly and clearly rejected all that Ted Kennedy and the Obama regime stands for. God Bless, the people of the great state of Massachusetts.

Thank you! from a grateful country.

  • are you fucking delusional or just plain stupid? dont respond, i already know..probably both. No sane person would ever say what you just did. fucking retard

  • No, USMC2375, I'm neither "delusional," nor am I "stupid." I know exactly what I'm talking about! Obama is the farthest thing from a Marxist. Obama would make conservative politicians in more progressive European countries look like a right-wing maniac. If you don't believe me in my contention that he's a typical post-Reagan Democratic President then why is Obama's foreign policy STILL neoconservative? Why is Obama giving tax-breaks? Republicans DO WANT to destroy America!

  • Obama is also a closet Communist.

"Happy days are here again, the skies above are blue again, happy days are again"

    one more time!!

"Happy days are here again, the skies above are blue again, happy days are here again".

You are dumber than a pile of dirt.

Report immediately to the losers room with the rest of the Socialist/Dem's.

BTW; Ronald Reagan's face should be added to Mount Rushmore.

    Ha! Ha! Ha!.....LOSER!!

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

It is only two years. The democrats can get this seat back with the right candidate

  • @imaginepeace63, I hope so...

It's comforting to know it's only for 2 years.

If you listen to mainstream media outlets, they act like it's the return of the GOP majority...despite the fact that the whole conservative movement is suffering from deep divisions as is manifested in the Tea Party movement...

Can you imagine the Republican reaction to an equivalent movement amon liberals where the extremists get loud? They'll come up with calling them "socialist" and "anti-american" terrorist

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... We need to take this country back from left wing nuts who lean closer to marxism than to capitalism. Who think the govt runs the people rather than the other way around. Who think to get out of debt you must spend lots of mony, especially if you don't have any. Who think what the people want doesn't matter, because they feel they are smarter. Who ignore the constitution when they do not like what it says. Those are the people we need to take this country back from.

  • Capitalism is not a form of government and should never be one. When you turn capitalism into a form of government it becomes fascism.

  • @imaginepeace63 .... Huh? Capitalism is not a form of government? Are you saying that conservatives what a govt to make a profit? I'm not sure what you are suggesting. My Point is the govt should respect capitalism since its the method in which this country operates. If the govt is against capitalism then we are doomed since govt makes the laws and regulations. So, my complaint with this Obama, Pelosi and Reed govt is they hate capitalism and it shows. Now we are all suffering because of it.

  • Government is suppose to provide the conscious necessary to control capiatilism. It is called regulation. Something Reagon, HW Bush, and W Bush did not go. Capitalism is like football. You need rules, goalposts and referees for the game to run correctly or else you have anarchy. Those three things are provided by GOVERNMENT!! IDIOT!!

  • @imaginepeace63 ...... Oh, I must of misread the constitution. Please direct me to what any of what you just wrote is written in it. You see, it's IDIOTS like you who think the constitution says and means whatever you want it to. If it doesn't then ignore it and make false claims that it says what you want it to.

I'm sure the forefathers said capitalism is like football!! What a complete moron. This convo is for educated people only. Go back to reading Karl Marx.

  • I never said you misread the constitution. A document written by liberals like Madison, Jefferson, and Franklin. Only people like Hamilton and members of the federalists were conservatives back then. Conservatives support dictatirships. "heck of alot easier if this were a dictatorship just so long as I am the dictator." George W Bush.

  • @imaginepeace63 .... WHAT? Man, you got some issues. By todays standards of the word liberal none of these guys are. By the original definition of a liberal they all were to mean they believed in freedoms and less government control. Don't be caught up in liberal/conservative to what you think of those words as defined by today's standards. None of those forefathers would resemble Obama, Reed or Pelosi of today in any way. This has to be the dumbest thing anyone has written in in along time!

  • Oh right the guy that invented a lightbulb is a conservative, Franklin. He also said "he who gives up liberty for security gets neither." Jefferson said "in matters of reglion divided we stand united we fall" Sounds liberal to me.

Madison, Franklin and Jefferson were part of the democratic party when it was called the democratic republic party. Learn your history and stop listening to the FOX nut with fake tears, Glen Beck

  • @imaginepeace63 .... Dude, not a single one of these fine americans would ever be called a liberal by today's standards. Even liberals don't claim these guys. Why are those comments liberal by today's standards? You are a very confused guy. Thomas Jefferson was far right for one thing. But all are miles right by any liberal definition of today. Heck even JFK is far right to any liberal of today. JFK understood cutting taxes makes an economy grow. Do any of your hero's think this? Heck no! Idiots

  • You need to reread the preamble of the constitution. Especially the party about "provide for the general welfare." Which is why we need a big government or else capitalism will become corporatism or fascism. You conservaitves don't even realize that seperation of church and state is in the first admendment. "Government shall not establish a reglion." You guys are still touting that this is the christian nation or therocracy.

  • fasscism will come to america with a american flag in one hand and the bible in the other. Sounds like the republican party to me.

  • @imaginepeace63 .... Yeah a mind is a terrible thing to waste.

If you knew what fascism meant then you'd understand that it's highly more likely to come from liberalism than a conservative. Hitler, Mousolini all came from the far left to then instill govt controls in which the people never saw till it was too late. So, if you think fascism would come from conservatism, you are crazy! That comes from those who want the govt to run everything. Which is your hero party already in power.

  • aSingleDallasGuy, that's funny. I thought people like you wanted to take the country back from what conservatives call freeloading criminal minorities. That's pretty nice code language you use to hide the racism of the conservative movement, though!

Besides, what the people want is not extreme fiscal conservatism. That would destroy the country. What people want is government that works FOR them. Maybe a more generous program of welfare-state initatives. THAT will also stimulate the economy!

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... Well just be glad you called me a racist while hiding behind your keyboard! You wouldn't dare to my face!

Read the constitution and tell me where all your socialistic ideas are written in it. No, instead anyone who thinks the constitition means what it says, punks like you call a racist! If you want welfare move to Canada! America is not founded on stealing money from those who may need it to give it to others. If people volunteer then great, if not, get a job!

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, why should I be glad? Is it because you're not above resorting to physical violence & aggravated assault in order to express the idea that you don't like what someone else said?

At least I have the courage to bring the race issue up!

Here's another thing: just because you're a conservative that DOES NOT mean you're somehow an expert on the Constitution. Our Constitution doesn't have an ideological slant. America needs to invest in its PEOPLE

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... You have the courage because you hide behind your keyboard. Anyone who calls me a racist better be prepared. So, feel brave my friend, now.

What race issue? You bring up the race issue because that's all you can try to use to divert the points that liberalism has utterly failed. Those who are and have been poor for the past 50 years are still poor today. In fact, you have trained them and their families to stay poor. Congratulations! You suceeded in your true goals.

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, my bravery is a reaction AGAINST so-called liberals who dodge the race issue because they don't want to hear conservatives complain. A racist is a racist & we're not going to progress anywhere if we don't tackle the issue head-on. Conservatives love to hide racism behind all sorts of issues and code-words.

I suppose you are not above resorting to savage behavior (assault) in expressing your opinions...

Racism is only PART of a larger problem, but we shouldn't avoid it

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... So anyone who is not a liberal is a racist to you? That's your psychosis not mine. You are the one who cannot get over the color of people's skin, not I. It was never brought until until you brought it up. Racism came out of the democratic party, read your history. Only a race baiter can think that just because one wants less govt and lower taxes to then refer to them as a racist. You my friend are the true racist. Shame on you!

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, absolutely wrong!

It's the nonsense you just expressed, "anyone who is not a liberal is a racist" that's silencing any and ALL discussion of race in this country. It's one of the ways conservatives silence debate on the issue because most liberals are too cowardly to pursue the issue further fearing the flawed narrative of the conservative will win in the popular imagination of the American people.

It's not about "race baiting." It's about being REALISTIC & courageous.

  • @LordCharlesBoustany .... LOL, yes you are so courageous.... in your own mind. You of course invent racism wherever you can't find it so you can feel morally superior. When you in fact are not superior to anyone. In fact by using race baiting techniques, you are part of the race problem NOT the solution. So spare me your self hero worshipping. You are dealing with someone much smarter than yourself. You even have a former KKK leader as an active US Senator in the name of Robert Byrd! Hypocrite!

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, conservatives hide racism everywhere: "States' rights," "welfare reform," "cut spending on entitlements," "tax cuts," "strong national defense," "let's get tough on crime," and we should just let the "free market" handle that problem. ALL of these stock conservative ideals have very REAL socioeconomic and racial consequences that conservatves LOVE to ignore. If you ignore the racial component you can DENY your bigotry.

Robert Byrd is reformed, unlike the GOP's David Duke.

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

Actually David Duke is reformed, he's against both parties.

  • @jmjfanss, David Duke is NOT reformed.

David Duke now says he's just a white-separatist as opposed to being a white supremacist. On top of that, David Duke is very anti-Semitic.

David Duke basically exiled himself to the Ukraine because he's so paranoid the American government will arrest him. David Duke is against both parties because neither of the 2 parties are racist enough for him!

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

Duke has left the KKK and is against Israel and thank god he's against both parties.

  • @jmjfanss, David Duke is against Israel for all the WRONG reasons. I've followed that man's career for some time now! I know he doesn't like Israel because he's inherently a classical anti-Semite. He doesn't really seem to care about foreign policy. David Duke's an idiot who thinks Jewish people run the world.

I'm also against BOTH parties, but it's because I'm more of a left-leaning Libertarian. I used to be more "conservative."

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

I'm a Liberarian populist, because Israel only cares about themselves and david duke is anti-israel, because Israel is full of phonies, they are not jewish at all, AIPAC is an evil organization along with the UN, I'm voting for Ron Paul in 2012.

  • @jmjfanss, oh I get it! You're one of those NEW anti-Semites who says you're NOT really being anti-Semitic because Ashkenazi Jews are really Turkic Khazars. That way you give yourselves a free pass on anti-Semitism.

You demonize modern State of Israel & the majority of present-day Jews (except for maybe Seinfeld, Paula Abdul, & Chris Kattan) & then say you're NOT anti-Semitic. Ron Paul is a free-market anarchist & that's VERY impractical

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

Because he also believes in the U.S. Constitution, unlike most of the people today, these people like nancy shitlosi don't care about our american constitution, because they are globalists, Israel is the one responsible for killing our americans soliders for nothing, thank god about our damn kids being killed for the damn israel who only cares about itself and certainly not americans.

  • @jmjfanss, Ron Paul does NOT believe in the Constitution.

People like Ron Paul treat the U.S. Constitution the same Islamic Fundamentalists treat the Qur'an and the same way Evangelical Christians treat the Bible. Basically you abuse the text so that you can extract a very NARROW point of view from it.

That said, Ron Paul is, effectively speaking, a USELESS politician. His ideological committment to free market anarchy prevents him from being very effective. You sound like an anti-Semite.

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

and you are a globalist fascist neoliberal pig who doesn't care about the constitution and don't you ever call yourself a libertarian, because you are defintely not.

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

NYJared will ether you very soon.

  • @jmjfanss, ummm what are you talking about???

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

NYJared04 will ether you big time, you are not a libertarian, you a globalist and a neoliberal.

  • @jmjfanss, I'm actually NOT a neoliberal. I'm now a libertarian of the anarcho-Syndicalist variety, though I do not actually believe in anarchism. I simply find that anarchy is a useful tool in academic discourse, but not in practice. I'm more of a Democratic Socialist (Social Libertarianism).

I don't know who this NYJared04 person is, but I did look up her/his channel. What about it?

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

But you support Israel and you are not a democratic socialist, you are part of the new world order.

    ISRAEL IS THE PROBLEM!

  • @jmjfanss, I don't so much support Israel as I simply find there no reason to HATE Isaraelis or Jewish people. You're speaking like an anti-Semite!

Israel is a good country. Stop scapegoating the poor people!

There is NO "new world order." That's a STUPID conspiracy theory

  • @LordCharlesBoustany

Really?, Think again, it's a fact.

The New World Order is no conspiracy theory.

  • @imaginepeace63 LAUGH....IT'S GONNA BE A LONG TWO YEARS FOR YA....HA AHA HAHAHAHHAH ....DEVIL IN HELL IS LOSING

  • Brown will be out in 2012 the guy is more of an empty suit than Mitt Romney. Btw I don't see how Republicans will help this nation because when they are in power they are Big Government Conservatives that want to legislate morality, fear monger with terror warnings, and support unlimited military spending.

  • He says Obama so much, that he can't say the word obligation !

  • The word is OBLIGATION!

  • @1:05 Biden struggles with his own honesty.

  • there's more where that came from libs

  • That's one......

In November expect 10+ lib Senators to get knocked off as we begin to take the country back.

  • @aSingleDallasGuy, who EXACTLY are you taking this "country back" from?

  • Did Ayla Brown masturbate to Scott Brown's centerfold? The world wants to know.

  • @benrocks07, the real question to ask is, "How many times a day does Scott Brown masturbate to old footage of Ronald Reagan making idiotic speeches on Right-Wing topics?"

  • sometimes a little bird grows into a big bird

  • God Bless the new Senator, and may he protect All helpless and innocents, including the unborn.

  • And this is how a new stage of liberty begins...with thunderous applause.

  • Caneone please help me here? Ok im not from MA. But what ive been told is MA is mostly INDEPENDENT VOTERS than DEM is second. So why didnt Kenndey win? He is an independent? most people are independent??

  • Kennedy didn't win because he didn't have support. Scott Brown got the votes, and this Kennedy guy got close to 1 percent. Just because there are more unenrolled voters than Democrats, does not mean they have to vote for Independents. You vote for the man or woman you want to, it's people who don't understand the platforms of the candidates that cause Democrats to get voted in over and over. I don't vote for a party, but Republicans are the lesser of two evils.

  • It's very simple; Scott Brown won because of his political views. Martha Coakley lost because of her political views.

    Kennedy was a nobody.

    Brown is center/right

Coakley is far left, and in line with the Socialist Barrack Obama. The American people are loudly rejecting Obama plan for America, IF, you can decipher WTF it is, as he's let those two fools Reid & Pelosi run amok, as he lurks in the shadows, when he's not lecturing to the American people like they're little children.

  • I'm so glad he's pro-choice!

  • Biden is an idiot!!

  • With all these adulterers within their own party, it makes you wonder why the republicans have such a strict stance against sexually charged topics.

  • Republicans love sex!

  • A smart person would bomb the bible belt of America and all of the backward counties of the south. Then America would have a chance to progress into the 21st century, were the rest of the civilized countries already are (ie Canada and Europe).

  • You could let all the urban politicians and athiests run things then! It would be so much better!!!! What progress!!!!!

  • You're implying people of the south are dumb and you make a statement like that?!?! LOL!

Find out what you ego is and see if you can understand what an idiot you truly are.

  • I'm not impling their are dumb, just too absorb in the love of God and its marriage with politics, in all of my travels to the south I have always been greeted with: Praise the lord, thank the lord, let the lord be your guide, God will decide, God will intervene, all in the name of the lord... that's my point.... The fucking Lord does not exist he's a creation of man. Politics is not about the Lord, it's about mankind striving for progress minus the lord.

  • LOL at your stupidity

  • Hmm, I'm stupid for believing that Religion should have any bearing on politics... maybe naive, but not dumb. Imagine if the government was run based on religious beliefs. This web site would not exist. As a matter of fact, I would bet that society would be 200 years behind where we are today, if not more.

The problem wiht the US constitution is that it is based on the belief of God as a unity builder.

  • I live in the south and never run into people like that. You have to be hanging around those types or looking for them.

The north's not perfect either and I know that from experience.

  • There is plenty of them in the north, but it seems to me that they are much more prominent in the South. I had such a blast last time I was in North Carolina... all that bullshit coming out of their mouths was just too ridiculous. I could not resist a good laugh

  • Hell Yeah!

  • The other repubilicans had better change to be mor like him if they want us tea partiers to vote for them.

  • I'll admit, as a party the Democrats are slipping, yet when you look at the Republican's track record for the year, what have they done? They have supported big banks and Wall street, they have provided junk legislation to slow down process...I think its hypocritical for a Tea Party to support the GOP, when they are directing our tax dollars into the pockets of lobbyists and CEOs.

  • Victory!

  • Scott Brown looks more like Mark sanford "a promising conservative politician" until the skeleton comes out the closet and he starts defending the Banks, credit card companies, Then hedge fund Managers/ ceo's before the Tea Party figure it out they will be like An investigation story on Dateline (not faux news). Go Scott Brown and stand with the Republicans ! (show how Maverick you and Sarah Palin are )

  • All you know is what you do NOT like, who you are NOT.

You and your post are unoriginal. You have brought nothing to the conversation.

  • where can i get those big foofi cushy head rest chairs for my computer desk! they sure treat them selves like royalty.

  • When we do away with this government you can pick one up cheap at the capital building garage sale!

  • I was very happy to promote, push, publicize everything I could for Scott Brown. In his press conference, in just 3 minutes, he proved that he understood more about economics and Obama, Reich, Axlerod, and Emmanuel combined.

  • GO SCOTT!

    Defend that Constitution, Baby!

  • What part of the Constitution has been violated?

    What planet is this?

  • What a bunch of idiot voters, this guy is related to the same families that have ruined this country over and over!! LARGE FAIL!

  • @LuthierGod absolutely no foundation under what you just said.

  • Since Obama has been running around constantly doing speeches and accepting awards for doing nothing, why isnt he here? He could have been at Browns swearing in but he's just being a sourpuss! Typical Democrat! GOP in '12!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • GOP in '12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • He's already being called a RINO hahaha

  • Oh Yeah! Suck on that Lefties! We will see much more after the 2010 elections! That loud noise you hear from MA is Murderer Teddy Kennedy spinning in his gin soaked grave!

  • ewwe ugly

  • I'm curious as to why there are so many empty seats...do the "kings and queens" on the hill get paid by the hour?

  • @ 1:05 Biden struggles with his own honesty.

  • I love it! Not only does Scott Brown take the Kennedy seat, He gets Ol' Teddy's Plush office and seat! Prime real estate.

  • Great day for America !!

Now lets really start cleaning house, just to name a few..Boxer,Reid,Bayh..well you know the rest if you have any smarts at all !

Don't you love the fresh air thats blowing in from the west to the east.

  • if you are really interested in cleaning house get rid of dirty or ineffective polititions on all sides....when you only name dems it comes across like you aren't interested in solving real problems but just interested in saying "my side is better than yours" I'm just saying

  • In the US Senate, it's customary for the newly-elected senator to carve or write his name in the desk vacated by his predecessor.

This is what I'd add next Kennedy's name :

" I'm glad your dead, you fat fuck."

"Gone now is the drunken murderer. May he rot in Hell."

  • i don't know who pumped you full of so much hate and anger...but if there some kind of God in your life i hope you find peace in that. If not I hope you find some kind of peace or joy in yourself or family because that kind of nastiness you just wrote is not ok...that's not ok at all

  • I admit that I have a strong hatred for Killer Kennedy. He is a man who used his money and political power to get away with MURDER and then was continually voted in to a high office in this land by the Leftist co-conspirators of his crime. By rights Teddy should have gone to prison and never been heard of again. He left that woman to suffocate (not drown) in the back seat of a car that was underwater! He just ran away!! To save his political career he left her DIE! Pure EVIL!

  • No, the Scott Brown victory means that one side of the aisle cannot pass anything they like without any disregard to the American people. Without the people of Mass. they were ready to sign into law a goverment take over of healthcare that nobody wanted. That's not accomplishment, that's tyranny.

  • hikonejo,

You need to get educated in the parliamentary procedures of the senate. Joe Biden is allowed one vote ONLY if there is a tie not because there is a filibuster. Dems have 60 votes, oh excuse me, only 59 votes which INCLUDE the 2 independents who caucus with the dems. Liebermann is one of them who's vote the dems can't always count on. NO Republican is voting for government run healthcare, cap and tax, card check or anything else on the socialist agenda.

  • Yea, I just realized that.

    Basically, this Country is screwed.

  • That's my dad !!!

  • Lotta butt-hurt Dems on here... LOL

  • The whuttle pussy throws a temper tantrum get his seat a week early. The Dems were even kind enough to outfit "the peopwuls seat" with a high chair so Scatty could reach his milk and juice.

  • A week early? Martha Coakley would have been seated two weeks ago.

  • really now? is that the best you can come up with?

  • "stfu"

ooooo thats the most original thing I've heard you say.

  • Yes. All I can come up with is facts, which I gather are of no use to you and your ilk.

  • What facts? You mean your assertion that Dems would've seated Martha Coakley the day after? Because that's the way Republicans would have done it?

  • Why would my saying that Senator Brown is a nice guy get a thumbs-down..?

  • Comment removed

  • No he isn't. The vice president can only break a tie.

  • God help us all.

  • Constitutional law FAIL.

  • I'm not a Republican but Scott Brown seems like a nice enough guy and I'm willing to give him a chance as Senator. At least he seems willing to reach across the aisle to work with everyone, unlike a lot of others.

  • I agree. But, why do the Republicans have to do all the reaching?
