Arlovski had mad skills. I used to cheer for him when I was a taco cheese eater. But seeing this video, I see a skinny narrow man who 'grew tough'.  He wears a beard to hide a small chin. He punches a boxing baggy to hide the fact he bought a tanning bed in his first week in USA. I still like the skills and the man, but see the weakness with every silly shirt.

Kipper had no passion. When Koshchek and UK buddy fought I was pulling for the UK guy, but, inside I wanted Kosh to win for a better fight against GSP (as Dana announced the winner would fight for the belt). It was a good fight but no luck. Fedor did a well anticipated counter. Arlovski is my favourite striker though. His punches are bloody immense. But Fedor is just the technical machine. They both rock, but Fedor is better at the end of the day.

gotta love how fedor still doesn't use expensive top of the line equipment to train....maybe he uses a few more machines today than he did in the past, but he is still training using his humble and modest techniques....

it keeps him remmbering where he came from....if he all of a sudden traiining in multimillion dollar gyms everyday he may lose some of his fire so yeah training his usual modest way probably helps him...
