@choasshadowsvenom its cool man. Basically in this storyline, the old mighty morphing powers were destroyed hence why his morpher looks old and beat up. Supposedly the morpher is so destroyed that it is dangerous to use the morph even once which is why he tells adam not to.

ok to correct you all, the ORIGINAL power coins were damaged, not destroyed. the ninja coins were destroyed. hence why adam can use THIS morph since the coins were damaged but not completely destroyed. I figure sometime in the future they will be restored.

Basically the same as using a cable where the wiring is exposed, and you're hoping it doesn't light itself on fire as you use it.

This is why Power Rangers has gone down hill, after Space in my opinion, they are still good but it's like this. They perfectly made it clear why Adam couldn't morph, his powers were damaged by Goldar, and the power coins were lost forever, so in Once a Ranger they send Alpha to fix the morphing grid? Something that's lost can't be fixed, it's lost it's lost, it can't be found. The Morpher itself should have destroyed Adam, there were no power coins to fix it, or channel the energy into it.

They didn't receive a brand new power coin and kept the old one, their coins transformed into a newer level of power, did you not watch the series???? The command center was destroyed by Ivan ooze, making their old power coins null and void, meaning they had to go and get a new power to infuse into their old ones, they never got new coins, their old ones were just infused with power

So why they were dropped makes no sense.

The reason the ZEO powers weren't used has never been adequately explained because of all of the behind-the-scenes stuff that happened. So I just tell myself that the ZEO power were converted by Billy to Turbo on Aquatar and theat they needed to recharge. When Tommy used his in Forever Red, there was finally enough juice for one more battle after all of those years. That's just what I tell myself so I can sleep at night.

@gof666 Nah, Zack was only good cause he seemed to be the comedic relief. He was an okay black ranger and he isn't the best black ranger out there. Being the one and only true black ranger is not fair for Adam since he replaced him in the first place. If Walter Jones didn't leave the show because of MONEY issues then he might have been a great power ranger. But, Adam took on the role of the black ranger with pride and courage and showed that he can really be a great black ranger.

As the other three joined the team, Tommy was already leader, which leaves Rocky or Billy to the role of second-in command.
