From 5:24 on, it seems more "Marvel Comic" than Star Wars. It's weird for someone who's lived to see the originals, to go from a sober story with no children to a prequel Trilogy centered around a child & adapted to the new young generation. It had to be a tough line for Lucas to walk... who to appease.

But then, to go back & make changes to the original movies just crosses the line. They shoulda been left alone.

If you didn't live to see & appreciate them in the original order, then you might not identify with this. I hate it when George makes changes to the originals & says "this is how I would have done it if I had the technology back then". But we fell in love with it THAT way.

@JosefVStalin2 The point wasn't to let Anakin suffer, Obi-wan made the choice to let Anakin die because it was truly the death Anakin had chosen, Obi-wan knew this.

As much as Obi-wan hated to see his 'brother' lying there, burning alive, he knew that Anakin was indeed a Sith lord.

Obi-wan also saw that Anakin was not the same boy he had helped raise, he had changed so terribly that Obi-wan knew he wasn't the same. He let Anakin die the death of a Sith lord, a death of suffering.

The hole cloning gig used in the Palpatine clone storyline and The Force Unleashed II doesn't make a lot of sense when it comes to the movies. If Vader's injuries were so severe that it limited his potential from being twice as strong as Palpatine to only 80% of Palpatine's strength, it'd make sense for Palpatine to clone Vader a new body, then 'kill' Vader so he can assume control of the clone. The EU prob. should've come up with a dif. method of 'reviving' baddies or just not do it at all.
