you are correct this cartoon's dubbed voice is italian.

however, they speak mexican in mexico because true spanish is spoken ONLY in spain. the spanish spoken outside of the country spain is not really spanish because it has the local accents and some of the local or indigenous languages incorporated into their language.

yeah I sometimes don't understand what they're saying.

it just takes practice as in learning a new language and if you can slow it down in your head you will pick the dialect, the mis-pronunciation and the colloquialisms very easily.

a better example is listen to Hillbilly Hare in english and then listen to it in spanish or italian and it is even funnier because of the missed translations. what is "REALLY" funny is the American southern accents of the hillibillies and how they are translated into either spanish or italian.

Yes, Thomas, Robert and Charles McKimson were brothers who were all animators at Warner Brothers. And Charles M. Jones is Chuck Jones (for many years he and Friz Freleng and Tex Avery weren't allowed to bill themselves by their nicknames).
